CANCELLATION POLICY

ATTENTION: Please know that if you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, whatever card you have on file will be automatically charged the cancellation fee which is 100% of the total cost of the services you were booked for. All clients will be required to have a card on file by August 1, 2025. Our cancellation policy calls for 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We understand that this is not always possible but we appreciate your effort to give us as much time as possible to book that time for someone else.
